Ingredients
- 2 cups corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, melted butter, and sugar until well combined. Add the flour and salt, then mix until smooth.
Stir in the corn kernels and pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for about 40–50 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and the center is set.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
Tips
For extra flavor, you can add a little grated cheese or a pinch of black pepper.
If you like a creamier texture, blend half of the corn before mixing.
Serve warm for the best taste.
