INGREDIENTS:
1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
Salt and pepper, to taste
Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before using)
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, ground coriander, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the spice mixture. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers.
Place the skewers in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside a salad and rice.
