BAGUETTE BREAD
Ingredients :
600g of flour
340 ml of water


30 ml of oil
7g of yeast
5g of salt
Preparation:

  1. Add water in bowl with flour. Add oil, yeast and salt.
  2. Mix very well until you get a ball.
  3. Grease a bowl, place the ball of dough
  4. in the bowl, cover with transparent film and let rest for 2 hours.
  5. Knead the dough, divide it into 3 pieces and form 3 sticks. Place on a pastry plate, cover with a torch and let rest for 20 minutes.

  1. Make 3 slices on each stick, sprinkle a little water and sprinkle each with flour. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 oC (392 oF).
