Apple Caramel Bombs

These apple caramel bombs are warm, gooey, and bursting with cozy fall flavor. Soft biscuit dough wraps around sweet cinnamon apples and melted caramel, creating a dessert that tastes like apple pie in handheld form. They’re easy to make and absolutely irresistible.

Ingredients:
1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
1 large apple, peeled and diced small
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
8 soft caramel candies
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the diced apple, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the apples are slightly softened and coated in syrup. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.

Spoon a small amount of the apple mixture into the center of each biscuit. Place one caramel candy on top of the apples.

Carefully pull the edges of the dough up and around the filling, pinching tightly to seal. Roll gently into a ball.

In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Roll each dough ball in the mixture to coat.

Place the sealed balls seam-side down in the prepared baking dish, leaving a little space between each one.

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool for at least 5 minutes before serving, as the caramel will be very hot.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
Drizzle with extra caramel sauce for an indulgent treat.

Tips for Best Results:
Dice the apples very small so they cook evenly.
Seal the dough well to prevent caramel from leaking.
Let the bombs cool slightly before eating to avoid burns.

Warm, sweet, and irresistibly gooey, these apple caramel bombs are the kind of dessert that disappears as soon as they hit the table.
