Condensed Milk Cupcakes

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240ml) condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Prepare dry ingredients: In another bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until fully incorporated. Avoid overmixing to keep the cupcakes light and fluffy.
- Fill the liners: Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about ¾ full.
- Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
