Condensed Milk Cupcakes

Soft, spongy, and irresistibly creamy, these condensed milk cupcakes are a sweet treat perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240ml) condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Mix wet ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Prepare dry ingredients: In another bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Combine: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until fully incorporated. Avoid overmixing to keep the cupcakes light and fluffy.
  5. Fill the liners: Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about ¾ full.
  6. Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool and enjoy: Let the cupcakes cool before serving. For extra indulgence, drizzle with caramel or condensed milk frosting!

Enjoy your soft, spongy, and creamy condensed milk cupcakes!
