Homemade Banana Ice Cream

 

INGREDIENTS:

– 4 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen

– 100 ml milk (or plant milk)

– 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Place frozen banana slices in a blender.

2. Add milk and honey (if using).

3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

4. Pour the banana ice cream into an airtight container and place in the freezer for around 1-2 hours for a firmer consistency.

5. Serve homemade banana ice cream with toppings of your choice, such as fresh fruit, granola or grated chocolate.
