Low Carb Crustless Pizza Bowl
All the cheesy, saucy, meaty flavor of your favorite pizza… without the carbs holding you back! This crustless pizza bowl is the perfect 15-minute weeknight fix — hearty, comforting, and totally customizable.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked ground beef or Italian sausage
- ½ cup pizza sauce (low-carb)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- ¼ cup sliced pepperoni
- ¼ cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
- ¼ cup green peppers, diced (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In an oven-safe bowl, add your cooked ground meat as the base.
- Spoon the pizza sauce over the meat.
- Add veggies if using (mushrooms, peppers, onions…).
- Sprinkle garlic powder + Italian seasoning.
- Top generously with mozzarella and parmesan.
- Add pepperoni slices on top.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
