Cheesy Beef Sliders

Cheesy Beef Sliders

Cheesy beef sliders are juicy, melty, and packed with flavor, making them perfect for parties, game days, or an easy family dinner. Soft rolls, seasoned beef, and gooey cheese baked together create an irresistible comfort food everyone loves.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
12 slider rolls or Hawaiian rolls
8 slices cheddar cheese or American cheese
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the diced onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain excess grease.

Stir in the garlic, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant, then remove from heat.

Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally without separating them completely. Place the bottom halves into the prepared baking dish.

Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the rolls. Lay the cheese slices over the beef, covering the surface evenly.

Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with sesame seeds and parsley if using. Brush generously over the tops of the rolls.

Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an additional 5 to 8 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.

Let the sliders rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Helpful Tips:
Use Hawaiian rolls for a slightly sweet contrast to the savory beef.
American cheese melts smoothly, while cheddar adds a sharper flavor.
Add sliced pickles or sautéed mushrooms for extra flavor.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve with fries, chips, or a simple salad.
Perfect with dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce.
Great for potlucks and gatherings.

Cheesy beef sliders are warm, hearty, and irresistibly satisfying — a guaranteed crowd-pleaser that disappears fast.
