Chocolate No-Bake Oat Balls

Chocolate No-Bake Oat Balls

Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup peanut butter or Nutella
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk (if needed)
Powdered sugar or extra coconut for coating

Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, shredded coconut, and cocoa powder. Mix well so everything is evenly distributed.

Add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture starts coming together. If it feels too dry, add milk one tablespoon at a time until a soft, moldable dough forms.

Using your hands, scoop and roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a walnut.

Roll each ball lightly in powdered sugar or extra shredded coconut if desired.

Place the balls on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Serving and Storage:
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Tips:
For extra richness, add chocolate chips to the mixture.
For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter.
These are perfect as a quick snack, dessert, or lunchbox treat.

Soft, chocolatey, and satisfying, these no-bake oat balls are easy to make and always disappear fast.
