Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

For the Garlic Parmesan Butter:
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches wide. Place a spoonful of cooked beef in the center, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Carefully pull the edges of the dough up and around the filling, pinching tightly to seal. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 14 to 16 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and fully cooked.

While the bombs are baking, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley in a small bowl.

Remove the cheeseburger bombs from the oven and immediately brush generously with the garlic Parmesan butter.

Let cool slightly before serving.

Serving Ideas:
Serve with ketchup, mustard, burger sauce, or ranch dressing for dipping. These pair well with fries, salad, or roasted vegetables.

Tips for Best Results:
Do not overfill the dough to prevent leaking.
Seal the edges tightly to keep the cheese inside.
You can add cooked bacon, diced onions, or pickles to the filling for extra flavor.

These garlic Parmesan cheeseburger bombs are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with classic burger flavor in every bite. Perfect for weeknight dinners, parties, or game day snacks.
