Ingredients:
1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
Optional garnish: sliced green onions or sesame seeds
Instructions:
Place the steak cubes in the crockpot and spread them out evenly.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper.
Pour the sauce over the steak in the crockpot, making sure all the pieces are coated.
Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours, until the steak is tender.
In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water to form a slurry. Stir it into the crockpot during the last 20 minutes of cooking.
