Cheesy Baked Dinner Rolls

Cheesy Baked Dinner Rolls

Ingredients:
12 frozen dinner rolls, thawed but still cold
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Optional: dried parsley or Italian seasoning

Instructions:
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Arrange the thawed dinner rolls evenly in the dish, leaving a little space between them.

Pour the heavy cream evenly over the rolls. This helps keep them soft and rich as they bake.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Drizzle the butter mixture evenly over the rolls.

Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese generously over the top, making sure each roll is well covered.

Cover the dish loosely with foil and let the rolls rise in a warm place for about 30 to 45 minutes, until slightly puffy.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Bake covered for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes, until the rolls are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parsley or Italian seasoning if desired. Serve warm.

Serving Ideas:
These rolls are perfect alongside soups, casseroles, roasted chicken, or holiday meals. They also work well as a standalone comfort-food side.

Tips for Best Results:
Use full-fat cheese for the best melt.
Do not overbake or the rolls may dry out.
You can add cooked bacon bits or minced garlic to the butter for extra flavor.
