Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup red and green sprinkles
    Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
  4. Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and beat until light and creamy.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips and sprinkles gently.
  7. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until edges are set but centers remain soft.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

    Tips:
