Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or Italian sausage
  • ½ cup pizza sauce (low-carb)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • ¼ cup sliced pepperoni
  • ¼ cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • ¼ cup green peppers, diced (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In an oven-safe bowl, add your cooked ground meat as the base.
  3. Spoon the pizza sauce over the meat.
  4. Add veggies if using (mushrooms, peppers, onions…).
