EASY SAUSAGE MUFFINS

Ingredients
1 lb breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups Bisquick (or any baking mix)
4 large eggs
½ cup milk
½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
½ teaspoon onion powder (optional)
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.

In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain off excess fat and let it cool slightly.

In a large bowl, combine Bisquick, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

Add the cooked sausage and mix well.

In another bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together, then pour into the sausage mixture. Stir until everything is combined into a thick batter.

Spoon the mixture evenly into the muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.

Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.

Serve warm — great with hot sauce, honey butter, or alongside eggs!
