β¨ Baked Salmon in Foil with Asparagus & Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce
Ingredients:
π Salmon fillets
π§ Garlic (minced)
π Lemon slices & juice
π§ Butter
πΏ Fresh parsley
π± Asparagus spears
π§ Salt & pepper
Steps:
- Place salmon and asparagus on foil.
- Top with garlic, lemon slices, butter, salt & pepper.
- Wrap tightly and bake at 400Β°F (200Β°C) for 15-20 mins.
- Open foil to broil for 2-3 mins if desired.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
