Smoked Mexican Street Corn Dip 😍🌽

Recipe:
16 oz Cream Cheese
2 cans southwest corn drained
8 oz Pepper Jack
1 Bunch of cilantro diced
1/4 cup sour cream
Tajin Seasoning (generous amount)

Slowcooker: Combine everything above into in your slow cooker on low for 2 – 2.5 hours, or until nice and melted, mix it regularly

Oven: Combine everything into a pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, take it out and mix it halfway

Smoker (my favorite method): Combine everything into a pan and smoke at 225 degrees for 2 hours, mix it halfway

Top with some crumbly cheese, feta or cotija, at the end.
