My favorite salad ! 2 cups of fresh broccoli
1/2 red onion
4 oz cubed cheddar
1c red cabbage
Crumbled bacon
Roasted sunflower seeds
1/2 c shredded carrot optional (low carb)
1/4 cup dried cranberries optional (low carb)
Dressing
1/2 c Mayo
1/4c Greek yogurt or sour cream
2 tbs white wine vinegar or Acv
1 tbs sweetner
1 tsp celery seed
Salt and pepper
I don’t cook my broccoli. As it marinates over night the broccoli
