1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough)
4 tablespoons butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried parsley (or fresh, chopped)
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Dough:
Open the biscuit dough can and separate each piece.
Roll each piece into a 6-inch rope, then tie it into a knot, tucking the ends underneath.
Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic, parsley, oregano, and garlic powder.
Brush the Knots:
Place the knots on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush each one generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Bake:
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the knots are golden brown.
Add Parmesan:
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Optionally, brush with more garlic butter for extra flavor.
Serve:
Serve warm, with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
