Baileys Chocolate Cheesecake Trifle

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup chocolate ganache (or chocolate pudding)

1 package chocolate cake, crumbled (or brownie pieces)

1/2 cup chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips (for topping)

 

DIRECTIONS:

 

Prepare Cheesecake Layer: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with Baileys Irish Cream and powdered sugar until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the Baileys mixture until fully combined.

Layer the Trifle: In serving glasses or a trifle dish, add a layer of crumbled chocolate cake or brownies. Top with a layer of the Baileys cheesecake mixture, followed by a layer of chocolate ganache or pudding. Repeat the layers until the glasses are full.

Garnish and Chill: Top each trifle with chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld before serving.
