Sausage and egg boil with my homemade butter sauce EXTRA onions

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

Sausage

 

Eggs

 

1 Yellow onion

 

1 tbs. Minced garlic

 

1/2 Lemon juiced

 

1/2 cup Chicken broth

 

1 stick Unsalted butter

 

1 tsp. Garlic powder

 

1 tsp. Onion powder

 

1 tsp. Cajun seasoning

 

1 tsp. Old bay

 

1 tsp. Smoked paprika

 

1 tsp. Lemon pepper

 

1 tsp. Chili powder

 

1/2 tsp. Brown sugar

 

1 tsp. Dried Parsley

 

INSTRUCTIONS 

 

Slice your onion and sausage then finely dice up garlic. Add some water to a pot and cook your eggs for 8-10 minutes then peel.

 

In a skillet add half a stick of butter and brown your sausages. Remove sausages, add more butter and your onions and sauté until they’re translucent.

 

Next add in onion powder, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, old bay,

smoked paprika, lemon pepper, chili powder and parsley. After 5 minutes add in minced garlic, brown sugar, lemon juice and chicken broth and cook for another 5 minutes or until it thickens. Toss in sausages and after a few minutes pour the mix over eggs and enjoy!
