4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, and romaine)
1 cup fresh figs, halved
1 ball of burrata cheese
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup balsamic glaze
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Arrange the mixed greens on a large serving platter.
Scatter the fig halves, toasted pine nuts, and sliced red onion over the greens.
Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and place them on the salad.
Drizzle the balsamic glaze and olive oil over the top.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately as a light and refreshing summer salad.
