Slow Cooker Chicken and Gravy

 

INGREDIENTS:

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 1 packet of chicken gravy mix

– 1 can of cream of chicken soup

– 1 cup of chicken broth

– Salt and pepper to taste

 

DIRECTIONS:

1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.

2. In a bowl, mix together the chicken gravy mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Pour the mixture over the chicken.

3. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

5. Shred the chicken using two forks.

6. Serve the shredded chicken and gravy over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles.
