INGREDIENTS:

– 2 large russet potatoes, sliced into fries

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/2 cup cheese sauce

– 4 slices of beef bacon, cooked and crumbled

– 2 green onions, thinly sliced

– 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)

 

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

2. Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden.

3. Heat the cheese sauce and pour it over the baked fries.
