Meatloaf with mortadella and pistachios

INGREDIENTS:

450 g of minced meat

Salt to taste.

Pepper as needed.

1 onion

1 egg

6 slices of bread

milk to taste

50 g of grated cheese

Oil to taste

150 g of emmental

150 g of mortadella

100 g of pistachios

 

PREPARATION:

In a bowl, combine the meat, chopped onion, grated cheese, salt, pepper, soaked bread and an egg.

Form a homogeneous mass. Then add the coarsely chopped pistachios.

Depending on the consistency of the dough, add a little breadcrumbs.

Spread the meat mixture on the baking paper, then fill with the mortadella and the diced Emmental.

Roll up to form a meatloaf.

Bake in the oven at 180° for 45 minutes.
