Beef and noodle soup

Ingredients:

°1 pound lean ground beef

°Half a cup of ketchup

°2 large cans of chopped or chopped tomatoes

°2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

°2 teaspoons onion powder

°3 teaspoons minced garlic

°7 1/2 cups beef broth

°2 tablespoons of brown sugar

°1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

°Salt and pepper to taste

°2 cups dry pasta

°Cheese to decorate as desired

 

*PREPARE:

The first step:

In a large Dutch oven or stock pot, add ground beef, garlic, and onion powder

Cook until the beef is no longer pink

The second step:

Add the broth, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, Italian seasoning, and ketchup

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes

Third step:

Add the dry pasta and leave for an additional 15 minutes

The fourth step:

Top with shredded cheese of your

choice, if desired
