Chocolate Brownie Cake

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup unsalted butter

2 cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

 

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.

Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in a large bowl. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.

Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually stir into the butter mixture until blended. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.

Bake for 25-30 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then cut into squares and serve.
