Fried S’mores Bombs

 

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

• 1/2 cup flour

• 1 teaspoon baking powder

• A pinch of salt

• 2 eggs, beaten

• 1/4 cup milk

• 12 marshmallows

• 12 pieces of chocolate (about the size of a marshmallow)

• Oil for frying

• Powdered sugar for dusting

 

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a shallow bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder, and salt.

2. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.

3. Skewer a marshmallow and a piece of chocolate together with a toothpick.

4. Dip the marshmallow and chocolate into the egg mixture, then roll in the graham cracker mixture until well coated.

5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).

6. Fry the coated marshmallows and chocolate, a few at a time, until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

7. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
