INGREDIENTS:
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup diced bell peppers
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Olive oil spray
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle an even layer of shredded mozzarella cheese over the marinara sauce.
Distribute the sliced pepperoni, diced bell peppers, and sliced black olives evenly over the cheese.
Sprinkle dried oregano and basil over the top.
Roll up each tortilla tightly, then cut each roll into 1-inch slices.
Place the tortilla pizza rolls cut side up on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown.
Serve warm, with additional marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
